Say adios to anything that drags you down or depletes your energy. If the thought of 'one more thing to do' stresses you out or you crave more time freedom, it's time to edit your life in a big way.
We all have sources of irritation and distraction that we just 'put up with,' often without realizing the extent to which they are depleting our energy. When we identify and eliminate these energy drains we can free up surprising amounts of time and energy so we can focus on what really matters most.
This is THE most energizing coaching topic and a hands down favorite of my clients. They love it since the energy boost begins the very first week.
Many of my clients can only think of 10 energy drains, at first. With my coaching, they are able to see at least 50-100! Many of YOUR energy drains may not be obvious to you - but they are there. Let's zap them from your life.
Here's what you'll do with my help:
- Identify your list of energy drains or things you're 'putting up with'
- Choose 3-5 energy drains to remove each week
- Get my help with the best strategies
- Identify 10 key boundaries that will free you up and learn how to enforce them
- Cut your to-do list way back and clear time wasters from your schedule
- Identify and remove at least 10 'shoulds' or obligations that drag you down
- Feel the surge of energy from lightening up your life each week
* Note to returning clients: You may recognize this course as "toleration removal". Lighten Up is a deep dive into "toleration removal" plus my fresh, new approach on editing life to mazimize your happiness. This course is suitable for anyone.
This course has been a great addition to my week. It offers a balance of light-hearted questions and deeply rooted assignments that have been invaluable to helping make my life better!
I highly recommend this course. It is just the right pace and the price is well worth it. I spend a lot of time “coaching” others - my sales team, my kids, etc. I am surprised by how energizing it is to invest time in resources in myself. Because of this course, I have systematically been finding systems and processes to deal with the things and people in my life that weigh me down. Kristin’s feedback has been really helpful in further challenging me and putting me back on course. I enjoy being part of an online group that is going through some of the same things I am - both to know that I am not the only one and to learn from them and from Kristin’s tips to them. Life is great -and getting even better with this super helpful course!
I have had the pleasure of working with Kritstin in a private coaching setting. I knew from hands on experience I would not be disappointed.
In this program, you are with like minded people in a private group. With K, guiding and encouraging really helps you to move yourself past your own “self limiting beliefs”
I have made many shifts in “Lighten up”. Somedays the permission I give myself after reading the lessons in the program have more significance than the actual action. I’m allergic to the old school thought of “No Pain No Gain”...I have been able to take INSPIRED action which is so much more delightful. Lighten up has brought me more mental, emotional and physical space to my life. I’m more inspired to spring into ACTION knowing the magic that will come into my life after the clutter is removed. I really am grateful for the constant gentle reminders to raise my standards around clutter in my life both inside and out.
Lighten is the perfect name for this course. Through a series of exercises Kristin will guide you to identify the clutter in your life, whether it is material, mental or emotional. Removing, resolving or releasing the clutter truly has made me feel lighter, both physically and emotionally. If you take the course seriously and think through the exercises it will improve the quality of your life.
I believe you get out of this course what you put into it. It is really up to the individual to lighten up; reading the assignments help, but doing the assignments is where you will get value. I am unsure if there is enough interaction between the coach (who I love!) and the students. I think some students may need a bigger push than others; perhaps with personal emails.
