THIS COURSE SOLD OUT for 2008! 2009 COURSE WITH UPGRADES WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN DECEMBER 2008!
How often do you go to a restaurant and order your food without looking at the menu first? Oh sure, you think you know what you want. But, what if the menu had dishes that never even occured to you? Would you change your mind and try something new? Or, what about television? Sometimes you need to click through all of the stations to discover new shows, right?
This year, make sure you choose goals from a wide range of possibilities…some of which haven’t even occured to you yet! Using my catalog of goals, you’ll pick 100 inspiring ones tailored for you!
So many people choose their goals at random. They think they know what they want but they’re really stuck in a rut. Is this you? How fresh are your current goals?
The first step to getting what you want is knowing what you want. Are you VERY clear about how you want to “BE” in 2008 and what you’d like to accomplish? Do your goals feel tired and heavy or fresh, exciting and inspiring? Ideal goals will actually energize you to take action. They will pull you forward. Would you like to feel that “pull” in 2008?
Every year I take time to write down my goals. I spend time writing down thoughts, visualizing what I want, creating vision boards, mind mapping and narrowing my focus with a central theme for the year. This has been my personal process for many years. Hey, I’m a coach. It’s my thing! I enjoy this process and always feel inspired and motivated as a result. Beginning the year with a high level of optimism is essential, in my opinion. Goal setting is how I generate that optimism. Life is a creative process and you truly can design the year you want to experience. Are you ready for that?
I want to help you plan your year using the same tools and resources I personally use.
Week One:
I’ll send you my GOALS 2008 packet via email. Plus, each day I’ll send you a quick email to remind and encourage you to complete your goal selection process. By the end of the week, you’ll complete the following:
Don’t worry! You can knock all of this out over a weekend, or simply set aside 15 minutes a day to pace yourself. The entire goal setting process will take you about 1-2 hours.
Week Two:
From this point forward, I’ll invite you to add focus and accountability to your week, by completing my FOCUS FORM. I’ll personally review your form and offer suggestions and encouragement. Keep a copy of your completed form in a folder to easily see how you’re progressing each week.
Week Three and Onward:
You’ll be in the swing of things by Week 3 and will continue taking 15 minutes each Monday to plan your week using my FOCUS FORM and your list of goals. And remember, I’m your personal e-coach every week and will respond to your FOCUS FORM with strategies and advice. This process will help you take the small actions required to reach your goals once and for all.
This is a month-to-month program and you may cancel any month you wish. As long as the program is working for you, I’m here to help. Some clients are in their 3rd year of the program because the simple format works so beautifully for them. Other clients use the program to jumpstart their year by participating in the goal selection process and flying solo after that. Whatever works for YOU works for me.
