Many of my clients get the most value from all of the program materials I send out and don’t need to regularly connect with me for personalized support or ideas. However, they love connecting with the group online for ideas and support. Also, you’ll have the opportunity to interact a bit with me in the discussion forum, as I pop in and answer questions. So, SILVER level is a good choice, in that case! You can always supplement with the occasional coaching phone sessions (extra fee), if you want more support from time to time.

About the Discussion Forum: Posting comments online is OPTIONAL. It’s included for all members, though. Comments will include your name (you may use your middle name for anonymity) and location. No one will have access to your personal email and all comments will be neatly organized and easy to view online. You will *not* be inundated with emails as comments are posted, such as yahoo groups. If you choose to view the discussion forum, all you have to do is go online.

Q: What is it exactly?
A: A community of happy, goal-oriented, forward moving people ALL focusing on the creation of their best life. It’s also coaching and inspiration delivered via email with the option to arrange single phone sessions, as needed.
Q: Is there a format?
A: Yes, 3 group emails are sent out each week.
SUNDAYS: You’ll get a focus form to fill out and send back to Kristin detailing your action items for the week and sharing your wins/challenges.
WEDNESDAYS: You’ll get a bonus item (article, assessment, audio visualization, etc)
FRIDAYS: You’ll get a “question of the week” designed to make you think and grow past your limitations while creating your best life and becoming your best self.
Q: Is Kristin teaching any specific concepts?
A: Yes, there are 5 core elements to the program we’ll address EACH week. The weekly form you’ll fill out asks you to be accountable for doing each of the 5 things.
Here’s a hint of the five essentials:
1. Clarity - being clear about your goals and focus for the week
2. Action - creating forward movement by taking concrete steps each week related to your unique goals
3. Energize - identifying and removing energy drains each week PLUS practicing healthy rituals that fuel and nurture you
4. Gratitude - taking time to feel grateful for your blessings and activating the law of attraction
5. Shifting - looking at your life through a new perspective, letting go of limitations or barriers to success
Q: Is there more to the program?
A: YES! If you sign up for Gold Level, you’ll be able to email Kristin directly for personal help with your goals or focus for the week. PLUS, all members may share their thoughts online in the new discussion forum which creates a MASTERMIND experience for all involved. Kristin enters the discussion forum each day and adds comments there, too.
Q: What is the discussion forum?
A: Each week we’ll have 2 new conversations online. Participating is totally optional (but included). Some people like to “share” and others like to read and glean ideas. It’s all OK.
Q: Can you tell me more about the discussion forum?
A: Look at the bottom of this page to see what the “comments” in a discussion will look like. An ‘open’ discussion will feature a simple box you’ll use to type in your comments, which will immediately post online for the group to see!
Q: Is everyone working on the same goals in the program?
A: No. Each person’s goals are as unique as they are. You’ll have flexibility to work on any goals that matter to you. We’re all focused on creating happy and fulfilling lives. Some clients are working on major life overhauls from changing careers to finding the ideal place to live. Others are focused on only a few major goals such as losing weight or getting out of debt. And, then there are those with a simple desire to be more “gracious” or “peaceful”. You can work on things you want to DO or how you want to BE. Both are covered in this program.
Q: What if I don’t know what my goals are?
A: Don’t worry! During the first week of the program, you’ll be guided through the process of clarifying your goals, wishes and dreams. It will become crystal clear to you if you simply follow along.

Discussion
What’s the difference between phone coaching and email coaching? Is one better than the other? This program looks like it’s mainly coaching by email, right?

Hi Cameron,
Good question! OK, let’s say you wanted to get your body into tip top shape. You could hire a personal trainer (the equivalent of phone coaching in my world) or find an awesome group fitness class that you love and can’t wait to show up for each week. (wihich is like my Inner Circle group). BOTH are good options and you can get excellent results in either one.
The key is to know which one will inspire and energize you MORE. Which one will make it easier to reach your goal? Of course, one is more expensive than the other, so that’s a factor.
If you sense you’ll want the highest level of coaching possible, phone coaching is really the way to go.
If you’re fairly self-motivated and want to be inspired and part of a forward-moving group, Inner Circle is ideal.
Bottom line: Phone coaching and email coaching are both really effective. If you know you do well in group fitness classes, for example, you’ll probably love the Inner Circle option.
Also, keep in mind that you may ADD single phone sessions to this program as needed. So, it’s the best of both worlds.

I used phone coaching (only), and then years later, signed up for the Inner Circle (email coaching) in Jan 2009.
I personally like the Inner Circle Prgam with added phone sessions when I need a boost.
It really is the best option, in my opinion, because I can book a phone session whenever I need one, and I have the weekly exercises/articles, etc.

Kristin, In choosing a coach how much does an individuals sex play a role. I noice most of your clients are women. There are some exceptions. Does it matter? Is a woman able to relate to the goals of a man help him focus and drive out those goals?

I was waiting for someone to ask that question! In my PHONE coaching practice, 30-40% of my clients are male, on average. In my e-programs such as Inner Circle, it’s about 10%.
On the previous page, I included only a handful of comments from people in the program. I love coaching men and I’d be thrilled to coach you. I do think a woman can effectively coach a man. An ideal mix you might consider is the Inner Circle program with some phone sessions peppered in.

Thanks for your question! VERY POPULAR GOAL, by the way. Lots of people are focusing on weight loss in my program…and losing weight. The trick is to find the right STRATEGY so you’ll WANT to take the action steps necessary.
One client, for example, found her perfect strategy with a food allergy test and now knows exactly what to eat and how some of her previous food choices were causing her body to shut down and not lose weight. She’s lost about 20 lbs so far.
The key is to find the right strategy for you, and that’s something I can assist you with in the program.
No matter what you goal is…you MUST have the right strategy! Coaching can help you figure it out and that’s my job. It’s the main reason why people love having a supportive coach on their side.
Now, to answer your question about LACK OF TIME.
I address the two most popular reasons why people get stuck and don’t move forward…
LACK of energy and LACK of time.
All I can say is that you will have more time and more energy, when you follow the program I’ve laid out.
HINT: Look at some of your time wasters now. Most people can easily free up time by making a few small changes. I’ll say more about that in the program.
I’m VERY aware of ALL of the excuses people make for NOT moving forward with their goals. There’s an exercise in the program during the first month where you will get clear about how you sabotage your success. It’s VERY revealing.
Lack of time is really an excuse. It may FEEL like a reality to you, but the truth is that you can and will find time for what matters most to you. Stop watching TV for example! Or, wake up earlier. Set boundaries in your life and protect your time more. There’s always a way.
What’s happening with you is that you’re not sure the EFFORT to lose weight is worth your time. I hear that all the time from clients about weight loss and other challenging goals. We’ll blast that belief through the roof.

Based on what I’ve read from you, I think it would be smart to set up a phone session with me during the 1st month. That option is available to everyone in the program and it will give you a huge boost.
Coaching via email is very effective, even if you can’t see that now. But, there’s also the option to add in phone sessions.

ps. I’ll warn you…I don’t like excuses. So, once we see all of YOURS (everyone has at least one), I’ll help you change your perspective and then it’s up to you to buck up and do your part. I’ll make it easier by holding you to a higher standard. I’ll constantly speak to your “higher self” in the program and call forth your best. It’s the “lower self” that wants to make excuses or veg out in front of the TV or waste time in other ways. I’m not saying YOU do that since I don’t know you yet…but it’s a fairly popular way for people to sabotage.
