Overview: This is a year-long program designed to mirror the key elements of my phone coaching practice, at a reduced rate.  Everyone participates on a month-by month basis.  Over 80% of the clients stick with it from January-December each year. 

You’ll set goals in January and sort them into small action steps.  Each week, you’ll fill out a focus form and send it to your coach for review and accountability.  Expect a personal email back with support or ideas.  Yes, your very own personal coach.

I’ll also write a new ‘bonus article’ each week exclusively for this group, which you may read if you wish.  Our theme this year is Life Design and it’s my favorite topic yet.

Another bonus item is my ‘question of the week’ , which arrives each Friday.  Discuss your answer with the group online, think about it on your own, or share a response with your coach.

Set and achieve goals this year by taking consistent steps forward each week.  Expand your thinking with the Life Design series and enjoy a personal, on-going email conversation with your coach for accountability and support all year long.

NEW this year:  The Life Design series of bonus articles and ‘questions of the week’ could be a stand-alone program.  If you want to receive all of the materials but don’t wish to submit a weekly focus form, sign up for Level 3 this year.

Hi, I’m Kristin and yes…that’s me in the photo looking serious and on the verge of laughter at the same time.  I’m practically overflowing with joy as I announce the following information to you.  You see, each year I usher in a group of around 100 clients to coach in my most popular program.  Without a doubt, the key to it’s success is the simple and consistent approach I use.

image“Hey Kristin, I’m currently writing to you from Luang Parabang, Laos, part of my 15-week journey through Southeast Asia.  I have a ticket home from Bali on Dec 11th (doing a surf camp while I’m there!!), and still plan to tackle Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia in the remaining time.  This trip has been an incredible experience, and I’m truly grateful to have this rare opportunity in my life.

Even more exciting news is my romantic life…I met a wonderful man. I really feel like the skills I learned in the Inner Circle led me to this point in my life. If I’d never participated in the Inner Circle, I don’t know that I would have taken the action to join the running group back home, and that’s where I met him!  I would have thought about it, maybe tried it once or twice, but probably not gotten out of my comfort zone and persisted in attending.  Likewise, when I felt like I was getting into a rut with my friends - only going out to eat or drink, all sedentary activities - I don’t know if I would have taken the action to do something more outdoorsy.  Again, I would have (over)thought about it, maybe joined an activity, but it would have taken me much longer to actually do.

What you’re about to read is a long description of the program Madeline, Paula and hundreds of others have participated in over the past 7 years.  Scan through it and see if it resonates with you.  Many participants are in the 3rd or 4th year since their lives have blossomed so much. 

imageImagine you are a rocket ship, ready to launch.  The only way you’ll ‘liftoff’ is if all of your fuel and fire is harnessed underneath you.  That’s the power of focus.

Now, let’s take that same amount of fire and fuel and scatter it all around the rocket ship.  What do you think will happen?  The fire will burn and damage the rocket…and it won’t propel into the sky.  It will remain stuck in place or blown to smithereens!

We’re talking about the same amount of fuel and fire in both scenarios.  The only difference is where it was FOCUSED.

My primary objective with Inner Circle is to provide the structure you need to remain clear and focused each week.  I see all of my clients as rockets and I want all of them to enjoy ‘lifting off’ their goals and big dreams.  It has everything to do with how you are harnessing your fuel and fire. 

After more than a decade of coaching, here’s what I’ve discovered…my clients get the best results WHEN and ONLY WHEN they do 5 simple things each week.  As the world around us becomes more and more complex, remaining centered and focused matters even more.  Doing all 5 things each week is how you will harness your fuel and fire in the most productive and focused way.

Essential Item #1: You MUST take action and DO something related to your goals EACH WEEK.

Sounds very simple, I know.  But, lots of people can’t seem to master this one mainly due to not knowing the best actions to take.  So, they don’t do anything!  Or, they begin a project and then fizzle out in the middle of it and never finish.  Overwhelm is a big problem, too.  That alone will cause you to never even begin.  I help my clients solve all of those problems.

image “Being a stay at home mom, making the most of the time alone, is super important.  Since I have been working with Kristin I am very clear and focused on what I am trying to be and want in my life.  The little time I have in my day is spent working toward the life I ultimately want and it feels great making small achievements and of course the big ones. 

This year so far I have, after moving into a new house, been able to fix the entire house up and complete the landscaping.  I am on the road and almost finished getting my mortgage company to lower my mortgage.  I am on a daily schedule to workout and eat right and have lost six pounds this year.  My personal relationships are good smile All of my financial files and living will and paperwork are in order.  I have finished all my real estate classes and am now studying for my state test. At first, tackling a key project or goal feels exciting and maybe a bit overwhelming.  Then, you might lose steam since you don’t know how to begin or just don’t have the time or energy to devote to it.  Am I right?  People are just too doggone busy or tired to make the necessary changes so they remain STUCK or FRUSTRATED.  I see this all the time with my clients, before they begin coaching.

Essential Item # 2:  You MUST cut out the non-essentials from your life and carve out time to energize yourself each and every day (or at least once a week!)

I call this “self-care” and man, oh man, it’s MAJORLY VITAL.  I’m SO good at it now, I not only take time for myself each day, but I also go on on multi-day spa trips a few times a year!  You see, when you take time to fuel yourself with whatever you love (for me, it’s healthy food, movement classes, meditation, nature, reading etc), you will find it’s MUCH easier to make changes in your life or take action.  Even if you truly do have very limited time, you can still do more with the free moments you have if you first learn to increase your ENERGY.  I’ll say more about that later…

Now that I’ve shared with you TWO of the FIVE essential items, let me tell you what is NEW for Inner Circle in 2011. If you know me at all, you know I like to keep things fresh each year.

Sometimes we need an outsider to take an objective look at our lives and ‘call us’ on our STUFF.  We also need to be challenged to grow through our fears.  That’s what I do for all of my clients.  I look at their life, without judgement, and tell them exactly what I see. What I really do is keep people focused and moving forward.

Here’s how it works:

We’ll start the program on January 10th.

You’ll begin with an inspiring list of personal goals you’d love to accomplish during the year. Sure, start writing your list now if you’re ready! I’ll take you through a process during week one to help you get clear, so don’t worry if you aren’t sure about your goals yet.

Every Sunday, you’ll get a quick email from me reminding you to choose a goal(s) and action items for the week.

The email will contain a link to a form you’ll fill out online (takes about 5-10 minutes)  prompting you to write down your goal, action items and do the 5 ESSENTIALS for the week (you’ll learn more about the 5 essentials during week one of the program.  I’ll teach you exactly what you’ll need to know), so you won’t ever forget! 

You’ll print a copy of your form so you’ll always know EXACTLY what you need to do that week.

Your completed form will magically appear in my email box and I’ll read it.

I’ll immediately know if you’re on track for the week or if you need my help.

Then, you’ll hear from me (via email) with feedback, encouragement or a coaching assignment designed just for you.

Remember, I’ll work with you on YOUR UNIQUE goals each week and help you overcome hurdles along the way.

It’s a VERY SIMPLE process that cuts through any chaos in your life and helps you take FOCUSED action each week with a qualified coach (me!) overlooking your progress.

Every Wednesday, you’ll get a very brief email from me reminding you to stay focused on what you promised to do that week. 

There will also be an article related to our theme of Life Design and an opportunity to discuss the materials with the group, in my Forum. This part is optional for you but there’s no extra cost!! 

Every Friday, I’ll email you a THOUGHT-PROVOKING QUESTION OF THE WEEK to consider. 

I promise each question will be original.  That’s my specialty!  “Good question, I’ve never thought of that before” is something I hear every day from my phone coaching clients.  This is my way or ‘cross-training’ clients by directing your attention to a different area of life each week.

These are the same questions I’ve been asking my phone clients (the ones paying the big bucks) over the years and each question is designed to move you closer toward creating a balanced and accomplished life.  All you have to do is ponder ONE question a week and write out your answer, if you choose to do so.  You may also discuss your answer with the group online, in my popular Forum.

Remember, answering the question is OPTIONAL for you, but if you do decide to go for it (and print a copy for yourself), you’ll find yourself with a powerful personal growth JOURNAL that was pretty painless to create!  Plus, you’ll have LOADS of new ideas and perspectives about your life. And, I predict you’ll have a MUCH BETTER life by this time next year.

imageThere are three (3) ways you can approach this program and ...fill in later:

1.  Work Directly With Me (Kristin) -  We’ll have an ongoing, one-on-one dialogue over email this year.  I’ll review your weekly Focus Form and personally respond with my observations and feedback.  If you’re attracted to the Life Design bonus material included this year, I’ll be able to give you specific ideas tailored to your situation.  If you want to dig into Life Design in the most powerful way, work with me this year. 2.  Work Directly With My Coaching Assistant (Indra) Your Focus Form will be reviewed each week by Indra!  I like to call her the “Accountability Coach”.  She’ll oversee your progress and make sure you’re on track with your goals and the 5 essentials.  She’ll also lightly touch on the Life Design bonus material, if you have questions.  I will also know what you’re up to and how you’re doing since Indra and I will review the roster notes during our Monday meetings. 

3. Work Independently and/or With The Group - All 3 levels of clients will be able to enter group discussions in the online Forum.  We’ll talk about the question of the week and Life Design bonus items.  If you don’t want to be accountable or check in with a coach this year, go for this option. You’ll still feel very engaged at this level since you’re receive all of the material and articles each week.

You may particpate ANY WAY that works for you. 

I’ll be a STEADY, DROP of WATER in your life every week in 2011 reminding you to stay focused on YOUR goals, take action and overcome obstacles (for as long as you choose to remain in this month by month program)  My steady, subtle presence in your life will help you TAKE SMALL STEPS and GROW this year at a comfortable pace.

This is a month to month program so you may remain as long as you’d like.
